San Diego Zoo Safari

Last time we went to California we went to the SD zoo so this time we decided to go to the safari park. I hadn't been since high school and some of us had never been so we were excited to check it out. The day didn't start out the best with a few meltdowns- Becks and me- but it turned out to be a pretty fun place. If you don't mind walking, walking and more walking up and down the hills.

Grandma had to get a hat because she got so sunburned the day before.

Becks liked the petting zoo.

If you look really close you can see an animal out there.


Best part of this place is the tram ride. You get see the animals up close and you don't even have to hike for 20 minutes first.



Becks wanted me to take a pic of him feeding the giraffe grass.

All in all - a fun day. Best part of this place for me- they sold Diet Caffeine Free Coke :)
