Legoland and SeaWorld

My camera died after only one picture at Legoland so we didn't get many pictures and these are all from my phone. It was our first time at Legoland and we were excited to check it out. We first went on a dinosaur roller coaster which Becks loved.

Next stop.. a story time boat ride. I don't think Becks really understood that everything was made out of Legos but he liked it anyway.

We went on a couple more rides and then discovered this water area.

Brett- trying not to get wet.

The boys had a fun time running around.

Nix is trying to get a drink :)

Becks really wanted his picture taken with this guy.
Becks and Nix got to drive these cars around the track. They spent most of the time stuck on this sides.

A lion drinking fountain is way cooler when it is made of legos.

Becks loved all of the rides but it was odd because some had a height and age requirement. Brett tried to take him on a horse ride but when they got to the front of the line the lady asked Becks how old he was and he said 3 so she said he couldn't go. A few days after we got home he told me he could go on a horse when he turns 4 on his next birthday. I didn't get what he was talking about until he said he would go in California. All in all.. a fun place.

Next up... Sea World. We had to get a picture of Grandma B with the penguin.

All of the boys had to get maps to each park so they could tell us where they wanted to go. We made my grandma get in on the fun.

Grandpa K bought some fish so the boys could throw them in.

Checking out the penguins.

More penguins.

The boys met Elmo and Grover. We were hoping for Cookie Monster because Becks loves pretending to be him but he wasn't there that day.

We had to get the cave family shot. We have this same shot from when Becks was a baby. He cooperated better back then:)

We loved watching the polar bears play outside.

Waiting for Shamu to start.

I am right next to Becks here because right before this he picked up a starfish and put it in his mouth. Luckily we were close by and I screamed so he dropped it and didn't really get it in there. Hopefully the little guy (starfish) wasn't too traumatized by the event. I kept asking him why he did that and he would just laugh and say he tried to eat the starfish- what???

Leaving after a great day at Sea World- minus the 1 1/2 hour wait for lunch. Griffs got this cute turtle and my mom bought the talking Shamu puppet. Don't you want to just eat this little guy up. I tell him a hundred times a day how his face just melts my heart.
